Here’s the rundown:

A man allegedly tried to steal another man’s bicycle in downtown Toronto. The bike owner fought back to protect his property while bystanders watched the chaos unfold.

Moments later, another man arrived on a scooter and attempted to break up the fight. But things escalated even more when the suspected thief reportedly turned his attention toward the scooter and tried to take that too.

That’s when the scooter rider — who looked seriously strong — stepped in physically and put the suspect in a chokehold to stop the situation from getting further out of control. 😅

According to people familiar with the area, the incident happened near Dundas Street East between Jarvis and Sherbourne, an area often associated with frequent theft and street crime.

Near the end of the video, a Toronto Special Constable vehicle can be seen arriving at the scene.
